Teams of five interns will work together, competing for a <sup>$<\/sup>5K grand prize. Your team\u2019s final presentation includes all the disciplines learned in the program and is judged by a systematic scorecard. Judges include a Zimmerman mega-client&nbsp;(it\u2019s their real-world project) and top Zimmerman executives. Social media, retail experience, media, production, creative, account services...you&#39;ll get a taste of it all. Think of your teammates as your second family here. They\u2019ll be your support, your cheerleaders, and your inspiration while you work together. Each rotating team is typically comprised of (3) account services interns and (2) creative interns.
